I was very grateful that this order was completed with only one days notice before the funeral. However, there was no card attached, so no one knew who it was from until after the ceremony. It could have fallen off once it arrived, but I would ask that they make sure the card is attached better in the future. It was a very expensive arrangement and a very important event. So, it would have been nice for the family to know they were being supported from afar.
