Ordered flowers from out of state for my daughters 40 th Birthday. Was a bit emotional because I couldn't be there with her. I picked colors and tried to explain what I wanted . I feel like the associate read my mind over the phone. They were Spectacular. My daughter was thrilled and very happy. From order to delivery was the process was quick and flawless.

To help maintain freshness and timely delivery, arrangements may occasionally be left at the recipient’s door, front desk, or with a neighbor if no one is available to receive them. When this occurs, we will make every effort to contact the recipient to let them know where the flowers have been left and to ensure they are received promptly.

At J. Morris Flowers, customer satisfaction is our priority. Because our floral arrangements are handcrafted and perishable, we accept returns only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or significantly different from the order placed.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can promptly arrange a replacement or exchange. We may request photos of the arrangement to help us better address the concern.
Approved refunds are processed immediately; however, please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.
