I was very happy with this arrangement. The customer service was outstanding and the arrangement looked exactly like the photo and better to be honest. This my first time ordering flowers with J. Morris and definitely not my last. As a new client, you receive a discount on your first order. For some reason, (probably my technology-deficient-skills) the code did not work. I went ahead and ordered on-line regardless and shared a brief note indicating my issue. Within hours, I received a courteous and professional phone call from a team-member offering to assist me by adding “extra” flowers to the bouquet while they pursued the discount glitch. THIS NEVER HAPPENS anymore, sadly. What a fantastic vision for customer service and business practices. If I could, I’d actually send J.Morris flowers. (But then, they’d know who sent them, since I’d only be ordering from them from this day forward) Kudos to J.M!!
