My daughter went in to pickup her date’s boutonnière the day of her Prom. What could have turned into frustration because her order initially had been lost. They quickly corrected the mistake. They offered her refreshments while she waited, which took all of 5 minutes and made sure the most beautiful flowers were used. Very friendly staff. Approved refunds are processed immediately; however, please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.
